Don't forget from our fire-site not only do you witness our brilliant firework display up on Landport bottom (on the Race Hill), but you are able to see across Lewes to the other fire-sites and watch the other Lewes Societies displays as well. 

On the night..........................

The Lewes Borough Bonfire Society will form up in Westgate Street (White Lion Lane) outside the YMCA for its first procession of the night due to start at 6.10pm. The fifth procession to the firesite will start at the YMCA at approximately 9.15pm, once the members have reached the firesite the bonfire will be ignited and a grand firework finale will proceed. During the night the Lewes Borough Bonfire Society will hold seven processions, further details of which can be found in the Societies programme sold in various shops around Lewes and on the streets every Saturday throughout October and on the streets on the 5th November. Please buy a copy and support us as the programme is full of information about the Society and explains the History of the Plot, look out for the programme with the blue cover or sellers in blue and white jumpers, all profits go into the Society funds for next year!

Please also give generously to the collecting boxes - all money collected by the Lewes Borough Bonfire Society on the streets of Lewes during the celebrations will be donated to the following charities: YMCA (Lewes), St Johns Ambulance, and Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice.
